Megan Etz
Megan Etz is a native Austinite turned affordable housing developer dedicated to improving the lives of families and individuals in her community. As Principal at Industry ATX, Megan is passionate about developing safe, supportive, attainable housing solutions for her neighbors in the Austin area. After growing up in Austin, Megan moved to Memphis to attend college but returned to her hometown in 2009 and has been here ever since. Prior to launching Industry ATX, she spent over a decade working in business operations, philanthropy, and the criminal justice system. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and trying new, delicious Austin restaurants.

Jordan Scott
Jordan Scott is a longtime Austinite, passionate about affordable housing and community building. Jordan has degrees in Economics and Human Dimensions of Organization, a unique combination that allows him to analyze housing from two critical perspectives. He believes his hardworking Austin neighbors should be able to live, work, and play in their desired neighborhoods, near public transportation and vibrant local amenities. When he isn’t working, Jordan enjoys camping, skiing, and listening to live music with his wife and three sons.

Genaro Pena
AUSTIN HOUSIN FINANCE CORPORATION
Genaro is an Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) Project Coordinator for 5901 Drowsy Willow Trail. His involvement is primarily focused on the pre-development phase, working with partners to ensure the future development meets the local community’s needs and the AHFC’s mission. Before joining the AHFC, he worked in affordable housing for non-profits and government, focusing on project management and building code compliance. Genaro is an urban planning graduate from the University of Montreal. In his free time, he enjoys running, reading, and frequenting Austin’s live music scene.

Alice Woods
BROADLEAF COMMUNITY CONSULTING
Alice coordinates community outreach on behalf of Industry ATX for Willows Crossing. As the owner of Broadleaf Community Consulting, Alice works with affordable housing developers and advocates to gather input and guidance from neighborhoods and local stakeholders on proposed projects. Before starting Broadleaf Community Consulting, Alice received her Master of Community and Regional Planning degree from the University of Texas at Austin and managed the construction of LIHTC-financed affordable housing developments throughout Central Texas. When not working to further affordable housing access in Austin, Alice is usually e-biking around Austin or swimming in Barton Springs.

Jon Hagar
FORGE CRAFT ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN
Jon Hagar, is the Principal and Partner at Forge Craft Architecture + Design. Drawing on a fine arts background and as Director of Affordable Housing for the firm, Jon infuses his design process with creative energy, expressing design intent with a thoughtful eye for detail. The combination of his unique design lens, and his passion for envisioning solutions that positively impact the daily lived experience, makes him an indispensable leader for Forge Craft’s affordable and supportive housing work.

Valeria Landeros
FORGE CRAFT ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN
Valeria received her B. Arch at the University of Texas at Austin in 2018 and has since used her studies to pursue architecture with a priority on quality of life and detail-oriented design. She’s collaborated directly with low-income communities and non-profit organizations on public interest design projects and has worked on single-family and low-income housing in both rural and high-density cities throughout Texas. She utilizes local context and vernacular as inspiration and looks towards a variety of influences in furniture and textile design, art, and music to continually elevate her creativity.

JP Sullivan
JP is Willow’s Crossing’s civil engineer and founder of Radius Civil Engineering. His expertise includes full site design and permitting through the entire project lifecycle from initial feasibility & entitlement studies to construction closeout and deal exits. JP has designed, managed, and permitted over $400 million in construction projects to date in asset classes ranging from single family subdivisions, subsidized affordable housing projects, office, industrial, and mixed use.
